I designed the share dashboards, visualizations, and data sources experience from 0 to 1.

I went through the IBM Design Thinking training and facilitated several workshops at the Design Studio.

I make sense of complexity

I use principles of information architecture to design digital experiences.

My process includes 3 main steps.

1.Learn

Gather information. Become an expert on the problem space

2.Map

Understand and visualize the relationships between elements in the system. Identifying patterns

3.Shape

Bridge the gaps. Propose an information structure that aligns with users’ mental models
